Leofoto MPG-1L – Lightweight 2-way panhead with improved quick-release clamp

The Leofoto MPG-1L is a compact and robust 2-way panhead designed specifically for use on monopods. It allows lateral positioning of the camera, so you can stabilise the tripod with one hand and operate the camera with the other. The head can be tilted continuously. A large knob allows the angle of rotation to be fixed.

• Quick-release clamp with safety function:
  The redesigned Arca-Swiss standard clamp has an integrated safety feature that prevents the camera from accidentally coming loose.
• Quick release plate included:
  A quick release plate with both 1/4″ and 3/8″ screws is included, suitable for a wide range of cameras and lenses.

Leofoto uses high-quality 6061-T6 aluminium alloy with magnesium and silicon as alloy components for the metal parts. This corrosion-resistant material is characterised by high strength and good toughness. The yield strength is comparable to that of structural steel. All parts are milled from solid material on state-of-the-art CNC machines and are therefore significantly more stable than cast parts. Leofoto makes no compromises here either !
