Κεφαλές Gimbal

Turn your ballhead into a gimbal head. Ideal for use in animal and sports photography. This module can be mounted directly on Arca-Swiss quick-release couplings or mounted on a monopod with 1/4″ or 3/8″ threads using a screw connection.
Conventional gimbal heads are quite bulky and can weigh a kilogram or more. And they are only suitable for normal landscape, architecture or portrait photography to a limited extent. Gimbal heads are designed for special purposes.
With the MPG-02, you can transform any ballhead with an Arca-Swiss compatible quick-release coupling into a gimbal head in no time at all. Thanks to its low weight of just under 480 grams and compact dimensions, it fits into almost any camera bag or backpack.
Thanks to the 1/4″ and 3/8″ tripod threads, it can also be combined with a monopod at any time. Particularly suitable for video monopods with a horizontal swivel foot.
Leofoto uses high-quality 6061-T6 aluminium alloy with magnesium and silicon as alloy components for the metal parts. This corrosion-resistant material is characterised by high strength and good toughness. The yield strength is comparable to that of structural steel. All parts are milled from solid material on state-of-the-art CNC machines and are therefore significantly more stable than cast parts. Leofoto makes no compromises here either !
