ZWO ASI 432 MM Mono Camera

This monochromatic ZWO camera with its large sensor is ideal for the sun and moon, but can also be used very well for deep sky photography due to its low noise.

The ASI 432MM is equipped with a modern Sony IMX432 sensor and impresses with its large image field, high frame rate and the complete absence of annoying amplifier glow (amp glow). This makes this camera not only interesting for images of the planetary system and our sun, but also for long exposure photography (deep sky photography).

The sensor is large enough for many deep sky objects and you can even do without an additional corrector in most cases. The ASI 432MM is very well suited for images of the entire moon, photography of the entire sun (with a suitable filter!!), long exposure of nebulae and galaxies, infrared images to reduce the effects of seeing, as an autoguider (an autoguiding connection is available), EAA (electronically assisted astronomy) for the moon and sun, and, to a limited extent, for photography of deep sky objects.

The clear glass filter prevents dust from entering the sensor. It also allows UV and infrared light to pass through, so you can take infrared photographs with the camera. The low noise and anti-ampglow circuit make this uncooled camera interesting for photographing deep sky objects such as faint nebulae, star clusters and galaxies.
